Titration
For a clinic that keeps its current system and wants titration done properly.

A patient counts as in titration from their baseline readings until they are stable and handed to their GP, usually three to four months. Only the months they are in it are charged.

Your patients are never cut off
If you stop paying, you keep read-only access and a full export. Patients in titration keep their weekly check-ins until they finish or are handed over.
